We currently collect and process the following information:

Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Any medical history.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To contact to book appointments

• Enable me to be able to drive to you location to complete the service booked.

• To enable me to send you any company updates.

• Medical history is in case of risk of allergies.

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to complete the hair service you have booked for.

 

We will not share this information with any organisations.

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

Any personal information collected by Nicki Zammit Hairdressing will only be collected from you the client.

The reason I need to collect and hold your information is to be able to visit you at your address to do your hair. Also to keep a record of any consultations and colour formulas. I will only email you if i have any business updates.

Under no circumstances will I pass your information on to any third party.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on my iPhone/iPad both are password protected. Any consultation forms and Client record cards are locked in a cupboard at my address of: 8 Moor Park Close, Rainham, Kent ME8 8QS.

We keep all personal data for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by incinerating any paper documentation and erasing any personal data off my iPhone/iPad when the paper documents are being pulled from my files for incineration.
