TERMS
ON ARRIVAL
Please advise me of any parking restrictions you may have at your property.
When I'm in your property the best place for me to work is usually the kitchen. I would appreciate it if you could have a clean work top and a clear sink for me to work from as I will need to wash my hands and colour bowls etc.
I am a non smoker and would be very grateful if you would refrain from smoking in the room whilst I am there.
I will provide all my own equipment except towels and I will take away any waste materials when I leave.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by the client should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the client being liable to pay the agreed rate for the service booked.
Bridal cancellations - The client at any point can cancel the booking in writing. NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up to the point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.
Cancellations made by NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING due to circumstances including, but not limiting to her performance of her obligations where no other suitable alternative can be offered, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS
After the initial Bridal Trial a quote will be sent out to the client via email. From this email the client will have 7 days to pay a non refundable deposit of £50 to secure the day. The total amount quoted for the wedding party will be needed to be paid in full six weeks prior to the wedding day via bank transfer. Please note your wedding day date will not be secured until your deposit is paid.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
The client shall inform NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING of any issue that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to the clients failure to inform them of any known condition. NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behavior.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
Any booking over £50 will require a non refundable deposit. The total of any deposit paid by the client will be deducted off the service booked.
Any outstanding fees for non bridal services must be settled before I leave. All payments MUST be paid by bank transfer only. By financially securing your deposit you are accepting these terms and conditions.
TRAVEL
Beyond a 10 mile radius of my home ME8 8QS, I charge for my time and fuel to cover both journeys too and from your address. This is charged at 45p per mile. If toll/congestion charges are incurred these will be added to the travel price along with any car parking fees.
PHOTOGRAPHY
The client agrees that NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to NICKI ZAMMIT'S social media pages and website.
This includes photos taken by NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING (possibly before and after photos) and photos taken by your professional photographer.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with a service supplied by NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING please call NICKI ZAMMIT within 7 days of having the service done to advise of any issues you may have. NICKI ZAMMIT HAIRDRESSING will rectify this promptly, either by redoing the service free of charge or giving you a full refund. No other compensation will be offered.
